Get You're Kids To Eat and Enjoy Fish.

Today it was taco with fish on the meny.
It tasted better than with meat.
It is also easier and more healthy to digest.
It is easy to make :
Just take cod fish in the amount you need for a family. ( 100 grams per person )
and cut the fish in small pieces and fry it in a pan with butter and taco spice.
Use salad and taco to it.
You can make it with the same ingredients as original taco.
Enjoy.
It tasted delicious and is healthy for the body and the digestion.

The Journey To Reawaken Of Detox ( Healing )

Today my life changed into better.
A doctor understood me and work with ortheomolecylar medicine ( vitamin and mineral treatment ) and life style changing.
I have to change all my life from today, and go out on a 3 year long journey of recovery from trauma.
The doctor dont care about diagnosis, but about traumas in life.
I understood that trauma led me into mental illness,
honestly it has also been fun being crazy.
I have laughed a lot,
and even managed to laugh suicidal.
Because life could not get worse than it was,
and then it changed to the better.
Many good laughs is found in mental institutions.
But i miss a life with vitality and energy and a peaceful state of mind.
The doctor told me something i never have thought about.
She said :
" Why dont you get a new hobby ? And that is a life. "
It changed my whole way on perception and cognition of life. 
It is a hobby for me to live now.
It started a chain reaction in me, that it is not a work to live.
Life can be fun.
I have surfed a lot today on the web and found a lot of solutions on what to do with my body and my head. It all start with a gentle detox. I will not start with a hard detox because me and the doctor talked about micro steps. She took away my whole burden that i do not need to take so much responsibility for others and treat myself kind. It also lead me to the knowledge that i can not exercise so much. This is a blogg about embracing life to change the way you live in a gentle way. That dont force you to use a lot of will power and end up exhausted.
It is a way of enjoying  life and eat and drink well.
The first steps i take tomorrow.
I do not have much money.
I am on welfare money and have to make food after a strict budget. 
But a patient i had learned me about food.
He was 95 years old and had the strongest body i have ever seen in an elder man.
He healed fast from surgery and was in a good mood.
He was mentally strong and lived good on his own.
I asked him what the secret was.
He answered :
" Eat as a poor person and a lot of fish. "
I have done this for my son and me since the year 2000.
I am 42 years old and has very little wrinkles.
I am kind and has fought a war for patients to be understood and heard in the psychiatric health field.
It is hard to be a psychiatric patient and you loose often the sight of the real things of clutter and deprivation from the treatment.
Luckily there is good doctors.
I found one today that offered me a new perspective on life and how to heal.
She works not with diagnosis, but with traumas.
I am looking forward to my new life journey.
With life as an hobby.
The doctor did not understand how i could run nearly 3 kilometers after 5 years in rest and apathy.
But i did.
Thanks to an elder mans advice of food and lifestyle.
The poor person life style can become the richest one.
In quality of life and health.
I will try to use my creativity to generate detoxifying and healing food.
In a gentle way so you dont give the body shock.
It is a gentle and easy way for you to get you're life back with following me on my journey to optimal health again. I once was very trained and an athlete.
But that is years ago.
Now it is rediscovery of the kitchen with little money, and how you can get back you're life with living on a diet of a poor person.
